If you're looking to streamline your workflow, this integration allows you to have a real-time view of your schedules and tasks from Airtable directly within your calendar. Here's how you can add an existing Airtable base to Google Calendar:


Step 1: Identify the Table with Dates


Begin by opening the Airtable base you wish to integrate. Ensure it contains a table with date fields, as this is what will sync with Google Calendar


Step 2: Create an iCalendar Link



  • In the Airtable interface, select the table you want to share.

  • Create a shared calendar view by clicking on the 'Share view' option.

  • Choose 'iCalendar' as the format and copy the iCalendar link provided.


Step 3: Add to Google Calendar



  • Go to your Google Calendar.

  • On the left side, find 'Other calendars' and click on the plus (+) sign.

  • Select 'From URL.'

  • Paste the iCalendar link that you copied from Airtable.

  • Click 'Add Calendar' and voila, your Airtable events are now integrated with Google Calendar.


Step 4: Customize and Use


Your Airtable events will now appear alongside other events in Google Calendar. Customize the appearance by changing the calendar name or color. Remember that changes made in Airtable will automatically update in Google Calendar, ensuring your schedule is always current.
